  • In which countries is it possible to shop online?

    You can currently shop in Spain, Portugal, France, Monaco, Italy, Germany, Poland, Austria, Switzerland, Greece, Romania, UK, Ireland, Belgium, Holland, Luxembourg, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Russia

  • How many languages is it possible to browse in?

    The Lodoli.eu browsing language is English at the moment.

  • Are out-of-stock items restocked?

    If an item is out of stock, we will try to restock it as soon as possible. If no stock is available, it will be removed from the website.

  • Will I receive the same product that I see in the photo?

    Yes, except in the case of products which are hand crafted in which there may be slight differences in the final product.

  • Can I send an order with a COUPON?

    Yes, you just need to check the box “Coupon” on the shopping basket page. For more information, please see the Coupon section.

  • Is it possible to receive periodic information via email about LODOLI’s latest new products and offers?

    Yes. By simply clicking on Newsletter you will receive information on Lodoli’s latest products, lookbook and events.

  • Can I cancel my LODOLI Newsletter subscription?

    You can easily cancel your subscription by clicking on the Newsletter menu. Fill in the details and select send.

  • How do I recover my forgotten password?

    If you have forgotten your password, you can recover it in the Log in section. You will receive an email with your new password.

  • How can I be sure that I’ve made my purchase correctly?

    Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive an email, contact our customer service.

  • Can I track my order?

    Yes, you can see the updated status of your order in real time. To do this, go to the “my orders” section in your account. If you are not registered, click on the “Order Information” link in the confirmation email sent to you.

  • Can I remove items from my order?

    Yes. You can delete any unwanted items from your shopping bag as long as the order hasn’t been processed yet.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    Yes. You can cancel your order as long as its status allows you to. To do this, go to the “my orders” section in your account. If you are not registered, click on the “Order Information” link in the confirmation email sent to you and click cancel.

  • What should I do if I receive a faulty item?

    Lodoli.eu only sells items in perfect condition so, in the rare event of receiving a faulty item, please contact our customer service.

  • What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?

    If you were to accidentally receive an item that you did not order, please contact our customer service.

  • Can I request TAX FREE?

    If you live outside the EU, in the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, you are entitled to a VAT refund unless you have exchanged/returned items or have made a purchase without registering.

    The deadline for requesting TAX FREE is three months after the date of purchase. Please remember that the total amount of your order must be over €90.15 on a single invoice.

    To request Tax-free you must submit the following documentation:

    • Invoice stamped by customs.
      In the case of the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, by the regional tax office indicating compliance with the goods presented by the travellers when entering those Spanish territories.
    • Photocopy of passport to accredit non-EU status.
    • Bank account certificate to make payment.
